Most items are made to order, there's a 2-6 week timeline for your order to be made and shipped out. Some items are ready to ship and will ship right away. Message me if you have a question :)

We ship worldwide using USPS and UPS please reach out if you have questions or special needs regards shipping.


Most items are all made to order after purchase. I ship from the United States and Items can take 1-4 weeks for me to make and 3-10 days shipping time depending on locality and shipping type purchased. Please be patient and allow time for the item to be made and to be shipped. If you have a deadline for an event please include that in your order notes and I will let you know if the item can ship on time, I am a one woman show but I work every day to get orders out on time. I ship all stash pendants within 2 weeks, this timeline allows me to offer you many different variety of products at more affordable prices and to not have wasted inventory.


COVID-19: Due to shipping delays with our suppliers we are currently waiting on supplies that are delayed in reaching us. This will possibly increase your shipping time by 2 weeks. We promise we will get everything out to you as soon as possible, Please reach out to me if you have a specific date you need it delivered by.


Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or breaks. If your item is damaged, it must be reported to within 3 days of receipt, and it must be dropped off (un-used) at the post office for return within 14 days of us approving your return. Otherwise, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are returning your product due to a defect, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you return an item due to personal preference then you will pay for return shipping.

We will only exchange your item for a different size or replacement of the same item if an item defective item. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please send us an email at

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is eligible then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
